Meet Our Host
By day, Ted Canova is an award winning journalist and podcasting leader. By night, he’s been called a “super fan” by more than one musician and it’s a badge he proudly wears with absolutely no apologies.
That One Lyric is Ted’s second music podcast he’s created, produces and hosts. The first was The Tour where musicians like Nils Lofgren, Amy Helm, Jerry Douglas, Marc Cohn and Alejandro Escovedo, among others, let down their guard and shared intimate details of their lives and careers.
“The Tour is one of the most fascinating and well-produced music podcasts there is.” - Michael Shields, Across The Margin.
In both podcasts, we hear Ted’s deep love of music and childlike curiosity ring out with every question and revelation. We hope they touch you too.
